There are many waterfalls in every Australian state, although the most spectacular drops are along the eastern seaboard – the Blue Mountains (NSW), Waterfall Way near Dorrigo (NSW), Lamington National Park (QLD) and Cairns region (QLD) are some of the best places to go chasing easily-accessible waterfalls.

The Jingga Pool Waterfall (which don't officially have a name) is formed by O'Hares Creek plunging into the beautiful Jingga Pool.

The main falls (Junction Falls) is a pictureseque, multi-tier waterfall; there's a second smaller waterfall a short distance downstream that you can walk behind.

Kalang Falls is a picturesque waterfall near Kanangra Walls, reached by a short bushwalk. It's best visited after some decent rain.

Kariong Brook Falls is a beautiful multi-tiered waterfall in Brisbane Water National Park. It plunges into a deep pool and swimming hole.

Lower Gledhill Falls is a spectacular waterfall, where McCarrs Creek is forced through a narrow chute and plunges into a small pool far below.
