Summary: Wongaree Falls is one of two adjacent waterfalls along the West Canungra Creek Circuit bushwalk. The creek plunges through a chute into small pool.

Two picturesque waterfalls are in close proximity along West Canungra Creek: the Wongaree Falls and a little downstream the signposted Goondaree Falls. The waterfall drops through narrow chute into a pool below.

This waterfall is along the 18km West Canungra Creek Circhttp://west canuit, which starts along the Border Track from the O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat carpark at the end of Lamington National Park Road. The waterfall is around 5.8km from the Border Track and 8km frrom the Green Mountains trailhead (going in an anti-clockwise direction). The waterfall is not signposted.
