A split waterfall, Wajinya Falls drops into a deep pool – to get a better view, you need to scramble over a pile of rocks in front of the falls. Which I clearly didn’t do (as a I was a bit short on time), so for now you only get half of Wajinya Falls. Sorry!

Just below the waterfall is another small cascade.

Getting to Wajinya Falls
This waterfall is along the 18km West Canungra Creek Circuit and the 12km Box Forest Circuit, which both start along the Border Track from the O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat carpark at the end of Lamington National Park Road. The waterfall is around 3.9km from the Border Track and 5.8km from the Green Mountains trailhead.
