Also known as “Banana Falls”, Pisang Falls (Sungai Pisang waterfall) is located along a tributary of the Gombok River. The river cascades over a series of rocks into a deep pool and swimming hole at the base of the falls.

The falls are reached by a “jungle trek” up the river, past some smaller cascades. Expect to get wet feet – and look out for leeches, especially during the wet season.

Getting to Pisang Falls (Sungai Pisang)
Located near Batu Caves, access to the waterfall is via the old Gombak Highway. Park near the Jungle Lodge, and follow the river upstream, under the Karak Highway.
