Summary: Just the concrete plinth remains of this trig station, which is only a few metres off the Carrol Trig Firetrail.

Accessed via a short walk up the Carrol Trig Firetrail from Sir Thomas Mitchell Drive in Davidson, only the concrete base or plinth of the trig station remains.

Carrol Trig Station

It’s an easy walk up to the trig; from here you can descend to Middle Harbour Creek, and can you do a nice loop walk that incorporates some unofficial mountain-biking trails (Carrol Trig to The Cascades). There are no views from the trig point, but if you continue along the firetrail there are some views of North Sydney in the distance.
