Summary: Jutting out from the cliff face, the Laws Lookout provides sweeping views over the Grose Valley. It's reached via a short walk along the Pulpit Rock Track from Govetts Leap Lookout.

Located just below the top of the cliff-line at Blackheath, Laws Lookout is just below the much busier George Phillips Lookout, and is the first fenced lookout along the Pulpit Rock Track when walking from Govetts Leap Lookout to Pulpit Rock. The lookout is just off the main track, with the rock platform jutting out from the edge of the cliff.

From the lookout there are great views down the Grose Valley (it’s the same outlook as the other nearby lookouts).

Just before reaching this lookout, you can see it from above.

Getting to Laws Lookout

The lookout is most easily accessed from Govetts Leap Lookout at the end of Govetts Leap Road, which is a 2.7km (4min) drive from Blackheath. From the carpark it’s about a 250m walk along the signposted Pulpit Rock Track.
