Near “Lizard Rock” is a small Aboriginal rock engraving site. The area is threatened by residential development (a 450 lot subdivision is planned in this area), although the development plans are said to “protect Aboriginal carvings and heritage sites”.
The largest Aboriginal engraving is of a kangaroo.
The engraving overlooks bushland, which is part of the area proposed to be developed for housing.
Running across the site are at least six mundoes, or footprints.

The mundoes are of a fairly similar size, but vary significantly in terms of their detail – some have very obvious toes, and others none.

Disgusting proposal by NM and the MLALC. Convert it to national park instead of demolishing it and the other 5 sites.
