Flannel Flower Beach – finding the narrow and remote West Head beach
Flannel Flower Beach (a narrow and exposed beach on West Head) is reached from the end of the West Head Army Track via a scramble along the coastline.

The Cascades Track is a short trail down to a large rock platform and picturesque waterhole on Middle Harbour Creek, in the northern suburbs of Sydney. Combines with the Bare Creek Track and Cambourne Trail for a longer loop walk.
The West Head Army Track is a steep but short walk down from West Head in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park to historic World War II gun embankments on the coast.
The Pipeline Track and Bungaroo Track can be combined to create a short circuit, part of which follows Middle Harbour Creek
