Summary: More mist than waterfall, Witches Glen Waterfall in Mount Victoria is picturesque but not particularly spectacular.

Not named on many maps, Witches Glen Waterfall is formed by the creek which flows through Witches Glen dropping off the cliffs.

The creek has a fairly small catchment area, so unless there has been very heavy rain the waterfall is more of a mist or spray than a column of water.

The waterfall drops onto rocks at the base, before the creek flows into Blackheath Creek at the bottom of the valley.

Getting to Witches Glen Waterfall

The waterfall is reached via the Rienits Pass (aka Ross Cave Track) from the junction of Carlisle Parade and Beck Street in Mount Victoria. It’s about one kilometre (2min drive) or a 15min walk from Mount Victoria railway station. The Witches Glen Waterfall is a short side-trip on the Ferris Cave Circuit.
