Above Emerald Pool is a small cascade, where Hominy Creek flows into Emerald Pool.

Below the pool and waterfall are a series of smaller cascades along Hominy Creek.

Emerald Pool is reached via the Hominy Creek Track or the 248 Trail from the Ironbark Picnic Area – or you can combine these to form a loop walk. It’s a fairly long but pleasant bushwalk.
