I’m calling this waterfall on Deep Creek in Garigal National Park the Deep Creek Upper Falls, as there are some larger falls downstream near the Deep Creek Reserve. This waterfall is a 2.3km walk from Deep Creek Reserve, where Deep Creek drops over a rock ledge. Although Deep Creek flows year-round, these falls will be a lot more impressive after some heavy rain.

Just downstream of the waterfall are a set of small cascades, surrounded by moss-covered rocks.

A couple of bushwalks pass this waterfall which is next to the Caley Trail / Deep Creek Valley Trail, starting from either Deep Creek Reserve (Narrabeen) or Morgan Road (Belrose):
- Slippery Dip Loop from Belrose
- Deep Creek Loop from Narrabeen
