Summary: Located right next R560 Conor Pass Road, the Conor Pass Waterfall is a small but picturesque cascade; a short hike up to Lough Doon provides more panoramic views on a clear day.

This is one of the easiest waterfalls in Ireland to visit; you could even take a photograph of Conor Pass Waterfall without getting out of your car!

This waterfall is fed by Lough Doon or Pedlar’s Lake, a glacial corrie lake which is nestled in a steep canyon at the foot of Conor Pass just above the waterfall (you can hike the short distance from the waterfall up to the lake).

Below the waterfall, the creek passes under a stone bridge before tumbling down into another small lake, flowing into Owenmore River which discharges into the Atlantic Ocean near Cloghane.

On a clear day there are great views from the waterfall over the coast, and even better views if you clamber up the lake above it.

Getting to Conor Pass Waterfall

The waterfall is right next to the R560 Conor Pass Road, and has a small parking area right next to it. It’s 1.5km east of Conor Pass, and 8.3km (15min drive) north-east of Dingle.
