At the of the Den Fenella Walking Track is the Den Fenella Lookout, which provides a nice cliff-top outlook across the Jamison Valley, with the cliffs of Kings Tablelands in the far distance.
Almost directly ahead is Mount Solitary.
To the left (east) are the cliffs at the start of the Kings Tableland; you can just make out the Lincolns Rock lookout jutting above the top of the cliffs.
The views here are not much different from the many other Wentworth Falls lookouts – but this is one of the least busy lookouts, and it’s a very pleasant walk through a narrow gully and past the Den Fenella Falls to reach the small, fenced lookout.
Getting to the Den Fenella Lookout
The lookout is about 1.2km return from the Wentworth Falls Picnic Area, at the end of Sir H Burrell Drive, which is about 3.2km from Wentworth Falls village and station. It’s best visited as part of a 4-5km scenic Wentworth Falls scenic cliff-top loop (see map below), or the Overcliff-Undercliff Track walk (3.9km one-way).
