On a long ridge above Refuge Gully at West Head is an Aboriginal engraving of a fish; it’s the only engraving on the large rock platform.

The fish appears to be pointing across Refuge Gully to Topham Hill, which is the site of many Aboriginal engravings including a large school of fish.
