Along the creek above Refuge Bay are several Aboriginal engravings and grinding grooves. Still relatively distinct despite being in a creek bed is an engraving of what appears to be an eel, swimming downstream.
Nearby is a fish, swimming upstream.
A thirs figure is of a man, who has a headdress and a boomerang across his body.
Below the engravings are a number of axe grinding grooves in the creekbed.
