A very scenic and occasionally challenging bushwalk from the old Pilcher Point track down into the Grand Canyon, and then a steep descent along Greaves Creek via the historic Rodriguez Pass walking track. We return the same way; you could come back via the Horse Track to form a loop.
A long descent from Evans Lookout via the Horse Track to Govetts Creek, before following the creek upstream to the spectacular Edenderry Falls and Hilary Falls. The easy and pleasant walk along Govetts Creek offers many swimming opportunities.
Victoria Falls to Blackheath can be done as a long day-walk or an overnight bushwalk. Dropping into the Grose Valley via Victoria Falls, the walk passes through the Blue Gum Forest before entering Govett Gorge and climbing up to Evans Lookout along the Horse Track (past an unexpected lookout).
Allow a full day for the walk along Hat Hill Creek and through Hat Hill Canyon. It involves some short swims, lots of wading and the occasional scramble.
