The Greater Blue Mountains and western Sydney has a large number of trig stations. Many are along the key transport routes across the mountains and relatively easy to get to – but a surprisingly large number are very challenging to reach
While there is no view from the King George Trig on Mount Banks, you get some great vistas over the Grose Valley from the walking track up to the top of the mountain.

Mount Piddington in Mount Victoria has one of the highest trig stations in the Blue Mountains, and provides some nice views over the Kanimbla Valley.

The Narrow Neck Trig Station and Narrow Neck Firetower (a passive trig) stand at the highest point of this long plateau in the Blue Mountains.
